Overview Gunk Gal aims to process and ship orders quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, shipping methods, costs, delivery estimates, tracking, international shipments, delays, lost or damaged packages, and contact information.
Gunk Gal offers free shipping on all Scraper Skirts.
Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time; any changes will be noted on the product page.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping methods & carriers
- We use major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and regional couriers depending on destination and package size.
- Shipping options available at checkout may include Standard, Expedited, and Overnight (where available).
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, carrier rates, and delivery address.
- We may offer flat-rate shipping, free shipping promotions, or carrier-calculated shipping—promotions will be stated on the site and applied at checkout.
Domestic (U.S.) delivery estimates
- Standard: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited: 2–3 business days after shipment
- Overnight: 1 business day after shipment (available for orders placed before the carrier cutoff time) Delivery estimates exclude processing time.
International shipping
- We ship internationally to many countries. International delivery times vary widely—typically 7–21 business days after shipment depending on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.
- Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country. Gunk Gal is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Use the carrier’s tracking link to follow delivery progress.
- If tracking is not available for your shipment method, the confirmation email will indicate this.
Address accuracy & changes
- Please ensure shipping addresses are accurate and complete. Gunk Gal is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If you need to change an address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the address but cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- If your package is lost or marked delivered but not received, contact us at gunkgal@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant information. We will investigate with the carrier.
- For damaged items, retain all packaging and photos of the damage and contact gunkgal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for claims or replacement.
Returns & exchanges

Delays
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays.
