Gunk Gal Refund & Return Policy

At Gunk Gal, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email gunkgal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will send you simple return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customer provides return shipping costs. Accepting returns 30 days after purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days with a photo so we can quickly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
